Shipwreck Stew will cook up a thick, hearty bowl of down east flavour. The vegetable base has added vegetables and mild seasonings and herbs. You can add chicken, or try it with seafood, maybe scallops, shrimp or any firm fleshed fish, along with a potato or two and a dash of cream for traditional taste. This stew can also be served as part of a vegan meal, adding in lots of root vegetables for variety.
