Ingredients

1 Package Super Spinach Dip and Seasoning Mix
1 8oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream or Full Fat Yogourt
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 cups Shredded Cheese Blend (Mozzarella, Gouda, Swiss, Cheddar, etc.)
2 strips Bacon
1 Onion
2 cups fresh Spinach (optional)
Crudites - Cut Vegetables or Crackers or Bread

Add your own ingredients to make gourmet creations.
Sprinkle lots of cheese over the top before baking.

Directions:

Cut bacon strips into pieces about 1/2" wide. Fry over medium heat in frying pan until crisp. Use a spatula to remove the bacon to a paper towel to drain. While bacon is frying, dice the onion. Add it to the bacon fat in the frying pan and fry until golden. Remove it to a paper towel to drain. Discard any remaining bacon grease.

In mixer bowl on low speed, or by hand, blend the cream cheese until it is soft and creamy. Stir in the cooled onion and bacon. Then add the sour cream, mayonnaise, spinach (if using) and 1-1/2 cups of the shredded cheese. Blend well.

Spread evenly in an ovenproof low dish. Sprinkle the reserved 1/2 cup shredded cheese over the top. You can cover and chill for up to 24 hours before baking if desired.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 - 45 minutes, until browned at edges and bubbly. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving with crudites.
