Shipping
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We ship via Canada Post or courier. Please allow time for your order to be delivered. Delivery time is estimated only as carriers are no longer offering a delivery guarantee. Most parcels are being delivered within 6-8 business days. If you have not received it in a timely manner, please contact us.

Please note: Due to food handling regulations, we are unable to ship our products outside Canada. Only orders with Canadian delivery addresses will be processed.

Flat Rate Shipping: A shipping charge of $14.95 will be added to every order in Ontario. Orders shipped to Ontario destinations that total $100.00 or more before shipping will be sent at no charge. All other provinces and territories will have an additional delivery charge of $20.00 added. We will refund you any difference in actual shipping cost.
Coupons
From time to time, we offer coupons for bonus products. Coupons are processed by adding a code as you are checking out. If you have difficulty applying the code please contact us, and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Pick Up Orders
Contact us if you would like to pick up an order at one of our market or show days. You can email at info@frannysfarmhouse.com or contact through this website and we will let you know when we are in your area. There is no charge for pickup at events.
